6. Chicken cutlets and mashed potatoes
We prepare our favorite childhood dish without too much hassle.
1.Take 1 pack of “Culinary” chicken cutlets . Do not defrost them.
2. Fry the cutlets in hot oil until both sides are golden brown.
3. Pour boiling water over the cutlets until they are almost half covered. Close the lid and simmer on low heat for 7 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
7. Warm salad with sausage and beans
A nutritious salad that can replace the main dish.
You will need:
• 1 package of "Culinary" turkey sausage
• 2 cucumbers
• 100 g of cabbage
• one head of iceberg lettuce
• canned red beans
• 80 g of sour cream
• 0.5 teaspoons of mustard
• salt, pepper - according to taste

1. Defrost the Culinary Turkey sausage in the microwave or pour boiling water over it and leave for 4-6 minutes.
2. Cut the sausages into slices and fry them in oil until golden brown.
3. Cut the tomatoes, cucumbers and cabbage into long slices.
4. Mix all products and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

8. Stewed sausages with spices
Steamed sausages are always very soft and tasty. You will need:
- 5 "Culinary" sausages ;
- 3 tomatoes;
- 2 onions;
- 4 cloves garlic;
- 5 cm ginger root;
- green peppers, herbs and spices to taste.
1. Cut the sausages into 1 cm thick pieces, cut the onion into cubes and grind the garlic, tomatoes and ginger on a grater.
2. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the sausages for 5 minutes. Put the sausage on a plate.
3. Fry the onion in a pan until golden brown, add the grated ginger, garlic and tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with salt. Once this mass has boiled, add the sausages, stir and simmer for 10 minutes under a closed lid. Thus the sausages are combined with tomato juice and spices.
4. Sprinkle with greens and serve with garnish. Boiled rice, mashed potatoes or buckwheat are very suitable for it.
