11. Refined sausage and vegetable salad
Another way of cooking without the use of fat.

1. Take any of the culinary sausages and melt them in the microwave or pour boiling water over them and leave for 4-6 minutes.

2. Preheat the gas oven to 190-200 degrees. Place the sausages flat on the mold. Sprinkle with spices to taste and pour in olive oil. Bake for 10–15 minutes.

For the garnish, make a vegetable salad from tomatoes, cucumbers, corn, greens, red onions, lemon juice and olive oil.



12. Chicken steamed dumplings

You can also steam dumplings! They turn out especially delicious with tomatoes and greens.

Required products:

- 2 packs of "Culinary" chicken dumplings ;


- 1 onion;
- 2-3 tomatoes;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- a garden of celery;
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
- salt, pepper - to taste.

1. Fry the onion.

2. Add diced tomatoes. Roast for 5-6 minutes.

3. Add garlic, dill and celery.

4. Add the dumplings. Fry them for 2-3 minutes.

5. Pour boiling water so that the top of the dumplings is half covered. Reduce heat.

6. Soak for 10 minutes.

Ready!


13. Roasted spicy sausages and stewed cabbage
The famous German dish can be cooked in just 15 minutes *

* Excluding the cooking time of steamed cabbage.


1. Defrost the spicy sausages in the microwave or pour boiling water over them and leave for 4-6 minutes.

2. Fry the sausages without slicing until golden brown.

3. Ready! Serve with steamed cabbage and black bread.

14. Turkey cutlets with mushrooms and pumpkin

Preheat oven to 180 °. Then squeeze the champignons and zucchini cut into circles. Sprinkle salt, pepper and a clove of crushed garlic over the vegetable kebab.



Add “Culinary” turkey cutletsand vegetable kebabs to the list. Put in a gas oven and cook for 20-25 minutes.

Ready!
