INTRODUCTION (Abstract of the PhD dissertation)
The aim of the research is development of proposals and recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of psychodiagnostic and psychocorrective measures by identifying socio-psychological methods of protecting young people from various information attacks.
The objects of the research are 15-19 years old 670 students of the Academic Lyceum at Andijan state University and the secondary schools in Andijan city.
The subject of the research is the socio-psychological methods of protecting young people from various informational attacks and the possibilities of their psychocorrection during the educational process.
The scientific novelty of the research is as follows:
- it is determined that “devolution of risks” has been achieved as a result of strengthening social attitude (benevolent to social behavior in society) in reducing internal psychological discomfort (anxiety, fear of working with information), according to the development of the nature of sorting information by teaching the activity of working with information to young people to use compensatory and relaxation methods;
- it was proven that the skills of analyzing risks in information sources and designing protection was improved due to strengthening of the students’ ability to correctly and effectively sort information of social and professional value by teaching them to select information from various electronic sources;
-protection of young people from victimization and dependency was ensured as a result of the formation of safety, caution and vigilance due to the implementation of the upbringing function of education based on familiarization of Internet resources with information of a cultural, ethical, humanistic nature by implementing “Internet imitation” in the educational atmosphere;
-it is proven that the methods of autosuggestiveness and critical thinking are strengthened in young people to protect themselves from informational threats by improving the skills of working with information on the basis of ethical and cultural-value principles due to the fact that they have achieved the evaluation of information and the moral stability of the person.
