463.The importance of role-play in EFL classes. Role play is really a worthwhile learning experience for both the students and the teacher. Not only can students have more opportunities to "act" and "interact" with their peers trying to use the English language, but also students' English speaking, listening, and understanding will improve.
464.The role of peer feedback in speaking skill. A peer review's purpose is to help peers keep on track, identify mistakes, learn problem solving skills that will allow growth, and allow managers to discover hidden talents within the team members. Peer feedback is a beneficial way for us to grow, both professionally and personally.

466.Creating handouts and preparing visual aids for lesson.
467.Practice activities according to students needs and to structure a writing lesson
468. Analysis and critical evaluation of teaching materials in EFL. Language teaching materials may emerge from many sources. These may include teachers themselves, as they develop materials for their own classes. They may also include learners, as learners, too, may engage in materials production for themselves or their classroom peers (Brown et al, 2013). Most commonly, however, and increasingly so, materials emerge from specialist teams, such as those within ministries of education or language centres, or from author teams commissioned by commercial publishers. In this case, then, the materials which teachers and learners bring into their classrooms will have been conceived of by individuals remote from them, with whom they will probably never have direct contact, and who will thus have no direct knowledge of the particular context or users of the materials. It is this simple fact of remoteness, which Apple (2012:31) describes as the separation of the conception of plans for classroom work from the execution of those plans, which has probably been the main driving force in the rapid development of research into the nature of language teaching materials. It is useful then, before, I proceed with a discussion of this research, to set out some of the reasons why this has prompted such interest.
469. The role of teacher in the classroom. The primary focus of the classroom teacher is on the planning, preparation and teaching of programs to achieve specific student outcomes. The classroom teacher engages in critical reflection and inquiry in order to improve knowledge and skills to effectively engage students and improve their learning.
470. Considering pre, while and post activities for the stages of the lesson.
471.Ways to creat a positive classroom environment. Characteristics of a nurturing, healthy learning environment for students include: (1) psychological safety, (2) a positive self- image, (3) feelings of belonging, (4) purposeful behavior, and (5) a sense of personal competence. To build positivity in the room, start lessons by thanking students for their attention and sharing your excitement for the day or lesson. Similarly, remember to end lessons on a positive note whenever possible. Finally, reinforce and model social skills. Four Elements for Creating a Positive Learning Environment
