1.2 Statement of the problem


Fruit and vegetable sector development promotion, increasing production volumes of fruits and vegetables and ensuring sharp increase in exports of these products, diversified geographically and by product variety, are the important components of export-oriented development policy of Uzbekistan.
The analytical report “Improving Productive and Export Potential of Fruit and Vegetable sector of Uzbekistan: Challenges and Perspectives” examines existing challenges that reduce the effectiveness of the policy of promoting fruit and vegetable sector and exports development, and proposes recommendations aimed at improving the regulatory framework of production, procurement, storage and exports of fruit and vegetable products as well as work of institutions responsible for implementation of policies in this area.

1.3 Literature review


The problem was solved by Elchin Sulaymanov, Vardan Urutyan, Natalya Kireenko, Alexandru Stratan, Viktor Moroz and DaryaIlinas in Agricultural Food Trade Policy Review post-soviet countries 2014-15”. It covers agrarian conservation analysis of agricultural imports and exports of each MD country sector. Francois Laurence, Lech Michalchuk, Deborah Rees, Florin Stanica, Brunella Morandi, Hanne Luckenorg Christensen and others out of the annual fruit and vegetable sector for fruit “Strategic innovation and research agenda and in-depth analysis of the vegetable sector euphrinefreshfel 2016. The purpose of my little research is to find out the internal and external capabilities of the organization and various problems in the market of Uzbekistan and solve them. and by solving these problems, opening the way for the bright future of Uzbekistan and turning Uzbekistan into a more developed country
My research method is analytical and applied method, I collected information from the Internet, books, various websites, various newspapers and magazines, television, and social networks. and in addition, I met and received information from people whose professions are related to the field I am looking for. I wrote this scientific work based on all the information I found above.
As regards the methodology adopted and data collection methods followed, I had individually contacted and conversed with a few customs workers. For secondary data, I visited a numbers of website and articles, all of which have also been mentioned in the references column. And all information is showing that Uzbekistan’s export skill is expanding and Uzbekistan is increasing size of export year by year. Summarizing all of the above, I can summarize three important factors for the success of the export of Uzbekistan's fruits and vegetables to the Middle East and the European Union. quality, quality. and quality again. and in addition, developed countries that are high in this export should organize and implement the experiences of countries such as America, Russia, Ukraine, and Israel, because the above problems have been almost completely solved and tested in these countries.
