AMALIYOTCHI TALABA TOMONIDAN SINF JAMOASIGA BERILGAN PEDAGOGIK-PSIXOLOGIK TAVSIFNOMA TUZILISHI


1. Sinf jamoasi va uni rasmiylashtirish tarixi haqida ma’lumot (o’quvchilar soni, shuningdek, o’g’il va qiz bolalar soni, yoshi,sinf jamoasining qachon tashkil topganligi, sinf rahbarining doimiyligi yoki uning almashib turganligi va boshqalar).
2. O’quvchilar tomonidan sinfga rahbarlik va sinf jamoasini uyushtirish :
a) sinf faollari, sinf boshlig’i va uning faoliyati, tavsifi (tashabbuskorligi, qat’iyatliligi, mustaqilligi, o’ziga va boshqalarga talabchanligi, o’rtoqlari orasida obro’si) tashabbuskorlik qobiliyati va hk.;
b) sinf jamoasining oddiyligi “ ilg’or” (yetaklovchilar) ning “shef”larning mavjudligi ularning sinfga ta’siri, uning xarakteri, ta’siri bor yoki yo’qligining sabablari, yetakchi sinf faollining mavjudligi;
c) sinf jamoasi a’zolari orasida o’zaro munosabat, jamoaning uyushqoqlik darajasi, kichik guruhlarga bo’linishining borligi yoki yo’qligi, uning sabablari, o’zaro yordam va hurmatning ko’rinishlari, jamoada tanqid va o’z-o’zini tanqid, o’g’il va qiz bolalar orasida munosabatning xususiyatlari; o’rtoqlik va do’stlikning ko’rinishlari va boshqalar.
3. Sinf rahbarining shaxsi va uning sinf jamoasiga ta’siri (umumiy madaniy saviyasi, ma’lumotliligi, tashkilotchilik qobiliyati, o’quvchilarning intilishlarini va ruhiy holatini tushunishi va boshqalar); jamoa a’zolarining sinf rahbariga munosabati, uning sinf o’quvchilari oldidagi obro’si.
4. Sinf jamoasi faoliyatining mazmuni va xarakteri:
a) o’quv faoliyati,o’quv jarayonida sinfning intizomi (darslarda va uy topshiriqlarining bajarilishida), o’quv ishidagi salbiy tomonlar (tartibsizlik,darsga kechikib kelish va kelmay qolish holatlari va boshqalar);
b) ijtimoiy mehnat faoliyati turlari, unda sinf jamoasining ishtiroki, jamoaning faolligi; ularda ongli intizom.
5. Umumiy xulosalar
Sinf jamoasining taraqqiyot darajasi, jamoada ruhiy-emotsonal holat va xarakter (ma’naviy yetuklik, ruhiy tetiklik va boshqalar).
Sinf jamoasi faoliyati, hayotini uyushtirishdagi va uning ayrim a’zolari ortasidagi o’zaro munosabatlardagi asosiy kamchiliklarni aniqlash, kamchilik va nuqsonlarni bartaraf qilish yo’llari.
