1) Pneumonia- This is pneumonia. It is aggravated by the accumulation of exudate in the alveoli, separating the injured part of the lung from the respiratory process. Depending on the nature of the exudate, pneumonia is divided into serous, fibrinous, hemorrhagic, purulent and catarrhal.
In the lungs, depending on the localization and spread of the inflammatory process: acinosis - inflammation in the form of small foci, lobular - inflammation leads to a combination of several inflammatory sources, resulting in large-lobar pneumonia.
If the inflammatory process quickly affects most of the lungs, that is, all areas, this is called lobar pneumonia.
Pneumonia is a very common and serious disease in pets that occurs in two forms: severe pneumonia and catarrhal or bronchopneumonia.
Pleurisy. Inflammation of the pleura can be primary or secondary. Primary pleurisy is a lesion of the chest cavity. as well as bacteria and viruses. Inflammation of the heart sac and lungs often causes secondary pleurisy.
