Implementation of research results. 
Based on the developed methodological and practical proposals on the 
methodology of increasing the effectiveness of teaching the subject “Computer 
support” in pedagogical higher educational institutions: 
proposals on improving the algorithm for the development of students’ skills 
in analysis and synthesis, intellectual, creative thinking, constructive abilities and 
professional competencies in the subject of “Computer support” were introduced 
into the content of the textbook “Programming” (Order of the Ministry of higher 
and secondary specialized education No. 110 dated March 1, 2021, Certificate 
No. 110-372). Because of this proposal, the development of professional competencies 
of future teachers of informatics was achieved; 
proposals on improving the technology of teaching the subject “Computer 
support” in higher educational institutions, e-learning tools and online diagnostics 
software for assessing students’ knowledge based on the systematization of 
learning stages and creative competence, stages of organizing practical and 
laboratory classes, as well as based on integration used in teaching didactic e-
learning tools, interactive education technologies, were used in the implementation

of the fundamental research project XT-F8-025 “Strategy for improving the theory 
and practice of psychological and pedagogical diagnostics in the training of 
pedagogical personnel” (Reference of the Navoi State Pedagogical Institute No. 
8887-1628/04 dated June 10, 2021). The e-learning tools and learning technologies 
developed in frame of this project have allowed increasing the efficiency of 
teaching professional subjects in training of future teachers of informatics; 
scientific and methodological recommendations for the development of 
students’ competencies based on information and educational environments, 
didactic online courses and creative thinking-oriented study tasks aimed at 
organizing independent educational activities in the subject of “Computer support” 
were used in the implementation of the innovative project I-HT-0-19929 “Creation 
and introduction into the educational process of electronic textbooks and 
application of methodological recommendations on exact subjects (mathematics, 
computer science) for 8-9 grades of schools with training in the Karakalpak 
language” (Reference of the Karakalpak branch of Uzbekistan Scientific Research 
Institute of Pedagogical Sciences No. 184/1 dated August 2, 2021). As a result, this 
proposal served to improve the methodology for organizing the independent work 
of future informatics teachers, and to improve their professional competencies.
