Aspects of the Use of Learners’ Mother Tongue in Foreign Language

The aim and tasks of the course work: for the purpose of this course work, modern methods of teaching foreign languages are analyzed in detail. The communicative system-intensive methods of activity and training, the method of projects, as well as problematic and modular education will be considered. The methodical goals and objectives of each method of teaching are formulated. The theoretical basis of each method is determined, their principles and methods are indicated, advantages and disadvantages are determined. Basic methodological conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the learning process are also noted. Analysis and systematization of the methods of teaching foreign languages listed in the work of this course, the importance of the mother tongue in finding the most effective, “natural” teaching method and studying foreign languages, aspects of its use are discussed.
The object of the course work: Teaching methods are one of the most important components of the educational process. It is impossible to achieve the goal, to realize the intended content, to supplement the study with cognitive activity, without applying the appropriate methods. In addition to the change of methods, the concept of "method of education" developed both in local science and in the theories of teaching and learning of foreign languages. At present, this concentration is not clearly defined in scientific literature. The term "method" in modern foreign literature can be attributed not only to the term "method" (English), but also to the term "approach" (English), denoting "approach" (approach); for some teachers, the manuals do not use the term "method" at all, they only talk about the "methodology" of teaching.In the local foreign language methodology, the term "method" may refer to individual elements of the system (phonetics or grammatics teaching method, etc.) apart from defining the whole system or the entire area of study. often in the literature of other countries is consistent with the term "technique".
