Thus, there is a potential for land-locked Central Asian countries to become land-
linked using improved transport connections which we analyzed above with South Asian 
countries.
As Shavkat Mirziyoyev accentuated [8], it is time to coordinate the existing intellectual 
potential and our joint efforts based on the great historical, scientific, cultural and educational 
heritage of our nations and the complementary possibilities of our economies. These 
changes are large-scale and irreversible as it is the fundamental choice of these nations.
