Muhitdinova c , S.Q.Madumarova d Namangan Engineering Construction Institute, 160103, Namangan, Uzbekistan Abstract: The processes occurring during the heating of electrons, holes and phonons in the volt-ampere characteristic of the photocell were studied. It has been shown that the recombination currents increase under the influence of UV, and the generation currents increase under the influence of light. As heating and rectification are usually associated with an increase in recombination currents, it is shown that the currents generated by them and EYK are in the same direction. It has been analyzed that the negative field always produces currents in the right direction in the p-n junction diode. The obtained graphs are compared with experiments. INTRODUCTION The rapid development of science, technology and industry has led to an increase in the need for electricity. About 87% of the world's energy consumption comes from natural fossils, which are considered non-renewable resources, and a sharp decrease in their reserves will have a negative impact on the environment [1]. Therefore, it is very important to produce electricity from other natural resources that are environmentally friendly, for example, to develop electricity from solar energy [2]. Technically, solar energy can be converted into electricity using a solar cell [3]. At the same time, various researches are being carried out today to increase the efficiency of the solar photovoltaic cell [4-6]. This is definitely one of the most urgent problems. |
