Cybercrimes pose a serious threat to public relations in the field of information 
technologies, and therefore, fighting against them in modern conditions has become a 
serious problem for the state and citizens. The law enforcement agencies of the state are 
developing strategies and tactics to combat cybercrime.

Cybercrimes are committed under certain conditions, and there are factors that 
contribute to their commission. On the basis of their identification and scientific analysis, it 
is necessary to develop the method of forensic examination, the tactics of carrying out 
appropriate investigative actions.

These crimes committed in cyberspace are illegal interference with the activity of 
computers, computer programs, computer networks, unauthorized access, copying, 
alteration of computer data, as well as other illegal socially dangerous actions committed 
using or through information and communication technologies, computer networks. 
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY AND EMPIRICAL ANALYSIS 
Perhaps the sources of cyber threats are not only hackers or their groups, but also 
individual countries, terrorist and criminal groups. When developing means and methods of 
combating cybercrime, one should be aware of the latency level of the crime. According to 
experts, the latency of "computer crime" is 80% higher in the USA, 85% in Great Britain, 75% 
in Germany, and 90% in Russia 1. According to Symantes Sesurity, an international cyber 
security service, 12 people around the world are cyberattacked "every second" and an 
estimated 556 million cybercrimes are committed worldwide each year, resulting in more
