Regarding the competitors, it is possible to distinguish two main aspects: • Specialised Service: BP3 is the main competitors because they are only providing process improvement services and even they are operating in a few markets, US, UK and Northern Europe. Other companies, such as Wipro, Cognizant and Tata, they are using technology but to different aspects, such as strategy, digital transformation. Finally, Accenture and Capgemini offer general services apart from technological improvements. • Specialised Segment: The main competitor could be Capgemini because they are very focused on Financial Services and Public Sector, which are the main segment of XX LTD.
