Choice of educational trajectory. Enrollment for the IC disciplines.2.1 In order to inform students about the content of elective modules (disciplines) offered by the university, a catalog of elective disciplines (hereinafter - CED) according to the curriculum is developed and published for each educational program. CED provides students with the possibility to choose elective educational disciplines to form an individual educational trajectory. Students develop their ICs with the help of advisors basing on the educational program and CED 2.2 IC determines the individual educational trajectory of each student separately. The IC includes disciplines and educational activities (practices, research/experimental research work, forms of final assessment) of the core subjects (CS), the university component USC) and elective component (EC). 2.3 IC includes mandatory and elective modules (disciplines), based on the selection of disciplines from the catalog of elective disciplines and State mandatory standard of education, including additional types of training. 2.4 Individual training planning is carried out for the academic year under the guidance of advisors/curators. The list of advisors/curators is approved by the dean and submitted to the Academic Department and the Registrar's Office. Individual planning for the training of Master’s and PhD program students is carried out with the participation of their scientific supervisors (consultants). 2.5 IC is formed in the system based on the "Univer" ACS based on the recording results in accordance with the catalogue of elective disciplines and state standard. 2.6 Preparation of students’ ICs is carried out in accordance with the rules of organization of the educational process on credit technology, at the same time the number of credits in one semester should be no more than 30 ESTC credits, including midterm controls and intermediate assessment. 2.7 Selection of disciplines (modules) and registration for them are carried out with mandatory mastery of prerequisites. 2.8 The leader of the educational program (OP) and advisors provide information and explanations on the content of the educational program and the sequence of studying disciplines, ensure control over the implementation of the student's IC, as well as the elimination of academic backlogs and academic deficiencies. 2.9 Information on disciplines, including their brief description, is contained in the catalogue of elective disciplines (modules). Registration of students for the study of disciplines (Enrollment) is organized by the office of the registrar. At the same time, structural divisions and advisors (scientific managers/consultants) are involved in organizational, methodological and consulting work. The dates of registration are indicated in the academic calendar. The student is responsible for the preparation of the IC and the completeness of the courses. The formed IC in 3 copies is signed by the student and provided to the advisor for approval to the dean's office. After passing the approval, the IC is signed by the advisor and approved by the dean. The IC (one copy each) is issued to the student, and is also stored in the Dean's Office and the Registrar's Office. 2.10 The deadline for passing the IC to the registrar's office is until September 15 for students of the 1st year and until April 15 for students of other courses. 2.11 Students can make changes to the IC until May 1. 2.12 During the 1st week of the academic year, students of the 1st year (new entrants) are introduced to the rules of the educational process organization on credit training technology. During this period, meetings are held with the university administration, the deans of the Institute/Academy/High Schools, Program Leaders, advisors, as well as students receive individual logins and ID cards of the CPU. The basis for issuing the student's login and ID card is an order of enrollment and payment of the 1st tranche (at least 25% of the annual cost of study), with the exception of those who entered by the state order (state grant). Registration for the disciplines of the educational program is carried out in accordance with the academic calendar. 2.13 Students of educational programs with a reduced term of study on the basis of technical and professional education (hereinafter referred to as TPE), or post-secondary or higher education (hereinafter referred to as HE) form their individual curriculum depending on the achieved educational results, mastered prerequisites at the previous level of education. According to it the CPU performs credit transfer taking into account the volume and content of the mastered disciplines and includes them into the transcript of the student; 2.14 Students’ IC are approved at a partner university for AM programs. For this, the EP Leader determines the correspondence of disciplines offered by the partner university, IC and CPU’s EP on the basis of syllabuses of disciplines. 2.15 Registration for the summer semester (with the exception of the graduation course) is carried out, in accordance with the academic calendar, during the second half of the academic year and ends one week before the end of the academic period (spring semester) of the academic year. 2.16 CPU uses distance learning technologies. Students have the right to study certain disciplines remotely according to the established order approved by the authorized body in the field of education. Download 170.79 Kb.
