INTRODUCTION
Teaching foreign language in Uzbekistan has become very important since the first day of the Independence of our country, which pays much attention to rising of education level of people, their intellectual growth.
In the cоncept оf mоdern develоpment оf оur cоuntry and оf whоle system оf educatiоn we can say that very special attentiоn is paid tо the general imprоvement and tо the imprоvement оf fоreign language teaching in particular. President Shavkat Mirziyoyev chaired a video conference on May 6 on measures to improve the system of foreign language teaching. So, President of Uzbekistan is paying his much attention to education and foreign languages and signing rules and decisions. For instance, one of them is signed in May 19, 2021 “On measures to bring quality to a new level of promotion of foreign language learning activities in the republic of Uzbekistan” In the cоncept оf mоdern develоpment оf оur cоuntry and оf whоle system оf educatiоn we can say that very special attentiоn is paid tо the general imprоvement and tо the imprоvement оf fоreign language teaching in particular. “Every year in our country, several areas of science are selected and developed with special attention. This year, physics and foreign languages have been identified as such priority areas. “Uzbekistan's policy of openness, active entry into the world market, expanding international cooperation in all areas increase the need for knowledge of foreign languages” [1,4].
For this purpose, it was announced that the Agency for Popularization of Foreign Languages will be established under the Cabinet of Ministers. This Agency introduces effective teaching methods, programs and textbooks in the educational system and helps to master foreign languages perfectly. Based on the needs of educational institutions, industries and regions, organizes the teaching of at least 10 foreign languages.
There is an interest in the creative legacy of poets and writers from English-speaking nations at the moment, which coincides with the apparent strengthening of the English language in Russia. One of them is ROBERT Consumes. He was a great national Romantic poet in Scotland and England at the end of the 18th century. We have learned in English classes that any Scot will always remember to have a traditional "Sopa," also known as a "Burns Night Supper," on January 25, the day that Burns was born. According to my knowledge, Scotland is the only European nation to have made the "main" poet's birthday the main holiday of the year. It is still encouraging that his poems, including Scottish ones, are read and sung in Russian as well.
Robert Consumes is a delegate of the XVIII 100 years; I represent the twentieth century. About three centuries separate us from one another. However, Burns is surprisingly contemporary, in my opinion. He has roles in musicals, comedies, a serious film, and pop lyrics. Take, for instance, the motion picture "Hello, I'm your aunt!" It features the hero of Kalyagin singing the song "Love and poverty forever caught me in the network," which can be heard in it. As far as I might be concerned, neediness doesn't make any difference, doesn't be love on the planet." Freundlich sings the song from Burns' poem in the movie "Office Romance." Peace is not in my soul. I've been waiting for someone all day...» While researching the topic, I learned that R. Burns' lyrics have played a significant role in British literature's history. Numerous of the poet's contemporaries acknowledged that his works are one-of-a-kind and exceptional in their field. Burns' unique perspective on the world and the originality of the lyrics can be attributed to his proximity to nature.
