Slide 20 Activity 3 – Sorting Activity The purpose of the activity is to introduce new vocabulary related to the 6Ps. Divide into 3-4 teams Discuss the directions for the activity. You will get an envelope with papers you must match. You match the words to the definitions or synonyms. (show slide 2) For example, What is a “community of practice”? ANSWER: “group of people who share ideas, work together, support each other” Give teams envelopes and have them match words and definitions/synonyms. Have participants check the “6Ps Information Sheet” for suggested meanings. They can also check definitions online. Slide 21 Activity 4: Expert Groups Divide members into 6 small groups. Each group chooses ONE of the 6Ps and uses it for a link to more information. Read the Principle in your group. Discuss and fill-in your section of the Graphic Organizer (GO):Everyone needs to fill-in GO not just one person in the group. : 1. What is the Principle? 2. Why is it important?  3. How can you apply it? Modification in case of small CoP: If you have a small group, you can make 3 expert groups, and each gets 2 Principles.
