In response, there are cases where women have been forced to flee their homes, 
demanding their freedom, and "Kurdish women" who have served for freedom, and 
some women in America have been forced to flee their homes. has happened over the 
years. Today, we have a few examples of the justification for gender equality around 
the world and finding an alternative place in life. Even Avesto, a vivid example of 
social and political life in Central Asia with a recent history, is mentioned in this regard. 
Consequently, the idea of securing male and female rights and family well-being as the 
primary factor in building a civil society in Avesta is still relevant today, and the 
Constitution and other normative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan provide women 
with equal opportunities and rights.
In the 21st century, in some countries, the right of 
women to elect and be elected was allotted to the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy 
Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan a 30% quota for women, and the adoption of the 
1991 Family Code. Adoption of the Decree of the President of the Republic of

Jacques Russo (1712-1778) thinks that "as members of society they are not equal, 
because men are independent, truthful, courageous, and women are shy and cunning." 
However, these concepts are relative and scholars apply their views on the social origin 
of the issue. G. Sillatse considers it necessary to move from the study of women as a 
workforce or mother and educator to the social research of all aspects of their social 
role and mentality. Such an approach is important for a more in-depth study of the 
formation of women as individuals, the comparison of social and cultural factors, the 
development of women's psychology, and the development of thoughts in women's 
society. Indeed, the wider approach to women, not only within the mother's own, but 
also in a wider context, contributes to their role. Gender equality provides equal rights
