68 by using the following main ways: improving the effectiveness of training officials to conduct pedagogical diagnostics of drug behavior of pre-conscription and army youth; improvement of the content bases of pedagogical diagnostics of narcotic behavior of pre-conscription and army youth; organizational and methodological support of pedagogical diagnostics of narcotic behavior. Methodological and theoretical bases of the study provide basic conceptual provisions. Sciences about the factors of formation and development of man; on the comprehensive development of the personality as the main purpose of pedagogical activity; about the nature and variety of the cognitions of the individual identity of the person in the diverse manifestations of its activities and relations with the outside world; on the requirements of the personal-social-activity of the concept of indoctrination; on the nature and patterns of social norms and deviations from them. Methods and stages of research: A set of theoretical and empirical methods was used to solve the tasks set in the paper. The leading theoretical methods were: analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, analogy, systematization, classification, induction, deduction, specification, typing, forecasting, design, etc. in the Arsenal of empirical methods, the following methods were actively used: survey methods, sociometry, pedagogical observation, analysis of documents and results of activities, expert evaluation, etc. The scientific novelty of the research is as follows: 1. The main trends of origin and development of pedagogical diagnostics of narcotic behavior of pre-conscription and army youth in the Russian psychological and pedagogical science and practice are revealed; the pedagogical essence, content and structure of the process of pedagogical diagnostics of narcotic behavior is clarified and disclosed. 2. Criteria and indicators of efficiency of pedagogical diagnostics of drug use behavior and military pre-conscription youth, which was developed and experimentally tested the effectiveness of educational programs targeted diagnostics drug use behavior pre-service and army youth. 3. The main ways to improve the effectiveness of pedagogical diagnostics of drug behavior of pre-conscription and army youth are identified. |
