Annotation: Major changes are taking place in the social, economic, 
political and spiritual life of Uzbekistan. There is no doubt that the changes taking place 
especially in the field of education, that is, the adoption of laws and decrees that have 
been lost, have a positive impact on the prosperity of our society.

It demands that the higher education institutions have the ability to apply 
their perfectly mastered knowledge, skills, qualifications and personal qualities in their 
professional and life activities. It is an important task to develop their competency skills 
in the preparation of future pedagogical personnel, to organize the qualification 
practice of students on the basis of competency-based peer-peer.
T.M.In Sorokina's opinion, when the teacher's professional competence 
is said, theoretical and practical preparation for the implementation of pedagogical 
activity is understood. Kompetenlik is considered as a single stage of professionalism, 
which forms the basis of the pedagogical activity of the teacher. In his opinion, the 
teacher's competency is the ability of an individual to take echa from different 
pedagogical issues at different stages. 
The purpose of the organization of the qualification practice of students on the 
basis of competency is to effectively apply in their activities, summarizing the 
knowledge, skills, creative and personal qualities of the students of the higher 
educational institution, the existing intellectual potential, dressing individual and 
psychological characteristics, and forming professional competences.
