12.7 The Parties acknowledge that the electronic form of these TCs shall be deemed authentic upon
acceptance by the Provider.
Article 13 - Applicable law
These TCs are governed entirely by French law.
Any claim or dispute arising out of the validity, interpretation or performance of these TCs shall be
submitted to the competent courts of the Paris Court of Appeal, under the conditions of common law
and to the exclusion of any conflict of laws principles.

APPENDIX 1 - Description of the services offered by Nfinite to the Providers
Nfinite offers its services to both private and professional clients. The different services offered to the
Clients are the following:
For architects / decorators / scenographers:
● supply of a layout plan ;
● Provision of a list of furniture and materials selected by the Client in the form of a table;
● Supply of a detailed specification for the 3d graphic designer for a home, a commercial space,
an outdoor space, a developer, a real estate agency or a distributor / producer of any object.
For team leaders (modelers):
● Coordination of the team's activity
For database operators:
● Management of the database
For recruiters :
● Searching for new candidates for the position of 3D modeler and graphic designer (freelance)
For 3d model checkers :
● Ensure the quality of the 3D models
For modelers' managers:
● Managing 3D modeling projects and packshots :
For Images Infinite Cluster Managers :
● Distribution and tracking of projects to cluster graphic designers.
For sketch artists :
● creation of hand-drawn images
For 3d graphic designers:
● Creation and rendering of 3d visuals (packshots, interior, exterior), correction and
modification of existing images
For 3d modelers :
● Creation and rendering of 3d models, correction, modification of existing models, creation of
exports.
For motion designers :
● Creation, editing and rendering of animated content (video, GIF, etc) in different formats,
modification and correction of existing content.
For graphic designer managers:
● Project management of any type of 3d image production
