Article 9 - Confidentiality and Communication
9.1 The Parties undertake to keep confidential all information, of any nature whatsoever, concerning
the activity of the other Party, and of which they may have become aware during the conclusion of the
present TCs, in particular but not limited to technical, commercial, financial and other information as
well as the terms and conditions of the present agreement.
The Parties shall take all necessary measures with their personnel or with companies they may use, in
order to keep the said information confidential.
This obligation of confidentiality shall continue for the duration of the Parties' collaboration hereunder
and for a period of two (2) years thereafter.
9.2 However, Nfinite may communicate, at the time and in the manner of its choice, on the activities
and projects carried out by the Service Provider, under the expressions and signs of its choice.
Within the framework of its commercial activity, Nfinite may mention the Service Provider, in its
capacity as a collaborator of the Nfinite community, in the communication supports and media that it
will have chosen beforehand.
Article 10 - Duration of the Agreement and Early Termination
10.1 These TCs shall come into force on the date of their signature or express acceptance by the
Provider and are concluded for an indefinite period.
10.2 The TCs may be terminated at any time by either Party, subject to a minimum of one (1) month's
notice.
The request for termination by one of the Parties shall be made by sending a notification by registered
letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the other Party, in compliance with the one (1) month notice
period.
10.3 The collaboration between the Parties shall be terminated by operation of law if, during the
course of its performance, one of the Parties fails to comply with its contractual obligations and does
not remedy its failure within seven (7) days of receipt of a registered letter with acknowledgement of
receipt sent by the other Party giving it formal notice to perform the obligation incumbent on it.
