Thinking about the structure of a typical course in this area, how would you expect to see the contents ordered?
I believe part 1 is well structured. Yet, I would structure part 2 like: chapter 8, chapter 9, chapter 6, chapter 5, chapter 7, chapter 10 (in that order).
Are there any essential topics you teach which are not included in the current edition?
