Core Textbook Proposal: Reviewers’ Questionnaire

What are the main topics in this area that your students typically struggle with most

and why?

Throughout our tutorial sessions, I have noticed students’ difficulties on addressing the strategic nature of HRM as most of their suggestions and writings referred to the operational/functional role of HR. How to create and promote a diverse and inclusive business environment was also an issue. I believe that both concepts should be further addressed within the following years of their studies so to initially understand basic HRM/SHRM concepts.

   Thinking about accessibility for students, what changes would you make to the
   

language, level, style and tone of the current edition to make it more suitable?

I believe that the book is well written and easy to be read. It is suitable for all students (from various academic backgrounds) as its language is simple.
