In our opinion, in this encyclopedia, legal scholars cited legal-technical norms 
as part of legal terms from the point of view that their basis is inextricably linked 
with legal terms. However, legal-technical norms are expressed not only in the form 
of legal terms, but also in ordinary words that are widely used in everyday life. 
Examples of this are "quality medicine products" and "technical safety rules" 
used in everyday life. 
Regarding legal-technical norms scholar of law Z.M. Islamov noted, that are 
two types of norms apply in society - socio-technical and purely social norms, and 
these norms are used to regulate human relations with nature, technology, or 
behavior in the field of social relations

. In this place, professor Z.M. Islamov's 
agreeing with opinion, that it should be noted legal-technical norms are the 
expression of human relations with nature and technology in legal norms, and at the 
same time, legal-technical norms are a way of regulating these relations.
