Carrier can be charged up to $500.00 or more per day for late arrival plus any additional loss due to late arrival.
If Our customer charges us for Loss of freight value Due to truck broke down, accident, driver heath issues or any
other issue. Our customerwill charge us LOST OF FREIGHT VALUE. which could be more than this load rate.
Center Valley logistics inc reserves the right to offset anyclaims or fees with other pending invoices.
CARRIER must request a revised load confirmation from BROKER for any changes in rates. All loads where the
rate is based on weight willbe paid on actual product weight as received at the consignee.
CARRIER warrants exclusive use to BROKER of its equipment and will not load anything else in the trailer.
The trailer must remain attached to the same tractor at all times unless approved by BROKER dispatch, and may
not be placed on the railroadfor transit at any time.
If carrier gives load back within 48 hours of loading day/time and broker incurs a higher cost with a new truck the
difference may be chargedback to the carrier. Center Valley logistics inc reserves the right to fine a carrier for
falling out on a load.
Carrier is required to check calls daily before 9 AM PST. Failure to do so will result in a $100 or more fine per
occurrence.
If any unloading (lumper) payment is agreed upon, the carrier must supply a VALID unloading receipt from lumper
service.
If a temperature recorder is required by the customer and is included on the bills of lading, the driver must ensure
it is included in the trailer.
Half Loaded/Incomplete loaded trailers will result in a reduced pro-rated payment.
All loads must be scaled, no exceptions, any weight issues must be accompanied with a scale ticket. Center Valley
