receiver. FAILURE TOHAVE BOLS SIGNED SHOWING THAT THE SEAL ARRIVED INTACT COULD RESULT IN A 
CLAIM FORFOOD SAFETY OR ANY OSD.
PRODUCT –Driver must count pallets loaded on trailer. Do not Load any Damages Pallet or cases. Must report 
caseand pallet counts to Center Valley logistics inc once loaded. If shipper is not allowing driver to inspect the 
shipment driveror carrier must notify Center Valley logistics inc via text or email. Carrier agrees to haul a full 
legal truckload. Rate is not based on cases,pallets or weight.
SEALS –Driver must get a seal and make sure the seal # printed on BOL matches the Seal on the trailer door. 
Mustreport the seal or multiple seal#'s if applicable to Center Valley logistics inc once loaded.
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED - Carrier and Driver confirmed. They are using 53' reefer unit, Air ride suspension 
w/intact air chute. Swing Doors. Reefer unit must be downloadable, running on continuous, and always at temp 
specified on BOLs 
TEMP - if temperature on bills doesn't match our paperwork for any reason at all, REPORT IT before leaving 
shipper.
CHECK CALLS - Required twice daily! Before 8 AM and between 2 PM - 3 PM Eastern Time Center Valley 
logistics inc needs to be notified asap once driver is checked in and checked out of SHIPPER. Failure to do so 
could result in No Detention.
