III. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
3.1. The Bank has the right:
3.1.1. If necessary, request information from the Borrower about the used funds of the online microloan, including receiving oral / written explanations about the purposes and motives of the spent funds of the online microloan. If the Borrower does not provide appropriate explanations, suspend operations on accounts opened in the Bank for the period specified in Clause 2.1.2. of actual Agreement.
3.1.2. The Bank has the right to demand from the Borrower early repayment of the online microloan (including accrued interest) in the following cases:
3.1.2.1. Violations, non-fulfillment and / or improper fulfillment by the Borrower of the obligations assumed under this agreement, the GTC and the Application/Request;
3.1.2.2. Late repayment of the principal debt, interest, and other payments on the online microloan, arising from the terms of this Agreement and the GTC;
3.1.2.3. In other cases stipulated by the GTC and the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3.1.3. Demand from the Borrower immediate, early repayment of the amount of the online microloan and other payments due, if any of the following events occur and continue:
3.1.3.1. There is a default in respect of any loan debt of the Borrower (except for this Agreement);
3.1.3.2. Any public authorities confiscate, nationalize, or otherwise expropriate all or any significant portion of the Borrower's property or other assets, or take custody or control of the Borrower's property/other assets, or any action that would prevent the Borrower from repaying the online microloan debt;
3.1.3.3. Claims or proceedings in criminal or civil cases have been initiated against the Borrower or third parties connected with the Borrower in any way, if this may affect the Borrower's ability to pay.
3.1.3.4. In cases when the Bank has suspicions regarding the use / disposal of funds received under this agreement in accordance with the Internal Policy and principles of the Bank in terms of combating fraud.
