Joint Stock Commercial Bank “TBC Bank” represented by The chairman of Bank's board of management, Tetrashvili Spartak acting on the basis of (Charter / Power of Attorney), hereinafter referred to as the “Bank”, and RIZAEV AKMAL ALISHER O'G'LI hereinafter “The Borrower”, a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on the other hand, collectively referred to as the “Parties”, have concluded this online microloan (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) as follows:
I. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT


1.1. Under the terms of this Agreement, the Bank provides the Borrower with an online microloan according to the application, in the amount approved by the Bank, and the Borrower undertakes to repay the Bank the amount received in full and pay interest for its use in accordance with the terms of this agreement, the General terms and conditions (hereinafter - GTC) for the provision of banking products and services of the JSCB "TBC Bank", published on the official website of the Bank www.tbcbank.uz and the Application/Request for opening, maintenance of bank accounts and provision of other bank services. (hereinafter the Application/Request)
1.2. This agreement is an integral part of the GTC and the Application/Request.
1.3. The Terms and definitions used in this Agreement are specified in the GTC.
