Kolbaga kumush nitratning ammiakli eritmasidan 10 ml quyib, ustidan giyukoza eritmasidan qo’shing va chayqatib aralashtiring. So’ngra kolbani suv hammomida qizdiring. Kuzatilgan hodisalarni izohlang. Reaksiya tenglamasini yozing. Ishning maqsadi: Di- va polisaxaridlarning xossalarini laboratoriya sharoitida o’rganish 1-tаjribа. Saxarozaning inversiyasi(gidrolizi) Kеrakli rеaktiv va asboblar: 2%li saxaroza eritmasi, 10%li sulfat kislota eritmasi, 10%li natriy gidroksid eritmasi. 13 Probirkaga saxarozaning 1%li eritmasidan 4-5 ml quyib, suyultirilgan sulfat kislotadan bir necha tomchi tomizing va aralashmani 3-5 minut davomida qaynating .Sovugandan so’g probirkadagi aralashma muhiti ishqoriy bo’lguncha 10% li natriy gidroksid eritmasidan va feling suyuqligidan qo’shib qizdiring.Eritmaning ranggi o’zgarib, mis (I) oksidining qizil rangdagi cho’kmasining hosil bo’lishini kuzating. Kraxmalga sifat reaksiya Kеrakli rеaktiv va asboblar: kraxmal, yodning kaliy yodiddagi eritmasi. 5 ml suvda 1 gr atrofida kraxmal eriting.Hosil bo’lgan suspenziyani 5 ml qaynoq suv solingan stakanga ag’daring.Bunda tiniq kolloid eritma-kraxmal kleysteri hosil bo’ladi.Boshqa probirkaga kraxmal kleysteridan 1-2 ml olib, unga 1 tomchi yod eritmasidan tomizilsa, eritma to’q ko’k rangga bo’yaladi.Agarda qoqi nonga yoki kartoshkaning kesilgan qismiga 1 tomchi yod eritmasi tomizilganda, “ko’karish”ning sodir bo’lishini kuzating.Yod eritmasining “ko’karishi” kraxmalga xos sifat reaksiya.
