  6. Andrea: Yes, everything’s fine with the order. I’m calling about

  7. the invoice and the payment terms. I need a favour.

  8. Junko: A favour? What do you need?

  9. Andrea: This is a little, er ... difficult, but I need an extension

  10. on the payment terms. I know they’re usually 30

  11. days, but we’re having some cash flow problems.

  12. You’d really be helping us out if you could extend it to

  13. 60 days.

  14. Junko: I’m not sure if I can do that, Andrea. We’ve got

  15. regulations at our end, and also have to manage our

While analyzing a conversation I discovered that it is formal telephone conversation, the number of speakers are 2, I begin with grammatical system cohesion. The given piece of transcript is a problem of business with using adjacency pair ‘hello' and ‘hi' are greeting/greeting, it used each one in the line 1 to 2 by and .
