ANNOTATION
The purpose of the study- to study the features of changes in clinical and laboratory indicators of the functional state of the kidneys and the role in the development of cardiorenal syndrome in patients with arterial hypertension who underwent COVID-19.
Scientific novelty. In this master's scientific work, the functional state of the kidneys and hemodynamic parameters of the renal vessels were studied in patients with SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) against the background of arterial hypertension. The master's thesis discusses the features of changes in clinical and laboratory indicators of kidney damage and the role of the development of cardiorenal syndrome in patients with arterial hypertension who underwent COVID-19.
Personal participation of the applicant in the development of the problem. The author personally examined 68 patients included in the study. During the collection of material for the dissertation work, the applicant mastered the methods of daily monitoring of blood pressure, echocardiography, and statistical methods. The dissertation work was written by the author independently.
Implementation into practice. The results of the work are implemented and used in the practice of doctors of the polyclinic, SVPs of the Tashkent and Samarkand regions, in the cardiology and therapeutic departments of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as at the Department of Internal Medicine, Nephrology and Hemodialysis of TashPMI.
Dissertation structure. The dissertation is written on 109 pages of typewritten text, consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, conclusion, conclusions, practical recommendations, a list of published works, a list of references, there is an abstract in Russian and English. The dissertation contains 7 tables, 5 figures.
Publications. 3 publications have been published on the topic of the dissertation.
