Annotation. The purpose of this article is to consider the actual problems of the 
development of the speech culture of students in the modern conditions of the formation of 
the speech environment, the main tasks in this case were: the study of interest in the culture 
of speech, finding out the reasons for the "clogging" of the language, analysis of modern 
teaching materials in the Russian language. For a practical solution to the problem, 
recommendations are proposed for improving the speech culture of students.

Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolaning maqsadi nutq muhitini shakllantirishning zamonaviy 
sharoitida talabalarning nutq madaniyatini rivojlantirishning dolzarb muammolarini ko'rib 
chiqishdan iborat bo'lib, bu holda asosiy vazifalar quyidagilardan iborat edi: nutq 
madaniyatiga qiziqishni o'rganish; tilning "tiqilib qolishi" sabablarini aniqlash, rus tilidagi 
zamonaviy o'quv materiallarini tahlil qilish. Muammoni amaliy hal qilish uchun 
talabalarning nutq madaniyatini oshirish bo'yicha tavsiyalar taklif etiladi.
