CONCLUSION
The purpose of studying and “mapping” reference niches can
be: 1) scientific reconstruction of the overall picture of “value-signif-
icant” for culture “parameters”, according to which the world around
is assessed; 2) a valid representation of the value system from the
point of view of their integral hierarchy, i.e., taking into account their
location in the general axiological coordinate system, woven from
ideas about what is “good / bad”, “good / evil”, “up / down”, etc.; 3)
determining the significance for a given culture as a whole of certain
values by identifying the belonging of reference niches to the core or
periphery of the indicated overall picture. It seems that such an ap-
proach can provide researchers with specific tools for verifying the
conclusions about the spiritual code of culture.
The symbolic subsystem of linguistic culture has the same
tendency to be culturally conditioned as the considered subsystem
of basic standards, a fairy tale - the rest was just a fairy tale, etc.. The
symbolic subsystem of linguistic culture has the same tendency to
be culturally conditioned as the considered subsystem of basic stan-
dards.
Etymologists and anthropologists have known for a long time
that a dialect’s uses and tenors reflect the social values of the culture
in which it is spoken. For dialect learners to be proficient in that dia-

lect, phonological proficiency is insufficient. Dialect learners should
be aware that the target dialect’s dialect community members may
perceive behaviors and sounds that are appropriate in their commu-
nity in unexpected ways. They must understand that language use
must be connected to other socially acceptable actions in order for
communication to be successful.
Language is the most important means of communication be-
tween people and a tool for conveying ideas to others. Language is
the mirror of a nation’s culture and the treasure that preserves it.
