emphasized that youth is a key factor in the competitiveness of our country in the modern world.
And it is necessary to create conditions for mastering it by the most “demanding” professions
that are most in demand today and in the future.
In order to improve the qualified potential of young scientific personnel and stimulate
their publication activity, it is necessary to determine the status of young scientists in regulatory
documents and create an appropriate scientific infrastructure. In addition to the state, business
communities, higher educational institutions and research organizations should be involved in
this work.
Youth is one of the most organized, socially active layers of the population, it is
objectively a generator of new ideas, the life force and energy of society. Youth is not just the
future of the country, it is its present.

THE VALUE OF TEACHING PRACTICE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF

The article reveals the importance of pedagogical practice and describes the idea of a
competent approach in the preparation of future teachers of geography during the period of
pedagogical practice. To date, there is a need for a comprehensive change in the structure of
pedagogical practice in the training of future teachers of geography. The article presents the
methodological basis of pedagogical practice, the principles of goal-setting in the solution of
pedagogical tasks, the importance of the competence approach in the course of pedagogical
practice, which is one of such complex innovations as profile training, network cooperation,
public-public education. The need for a comprehensive change in the structure of pedagogical
practice in the preparation of future teachers of geography is noted, and great attention is paid
to the main directions that must be reflected in the course of the pedagogical practice of future
geography teachers.
