Currently, in connection with the expansion of international business cooperation, one 
of the urgent problems of pedagogy is the problem of the formation of readiness of learners for 
business foreign language communication. Business communication is a complex, multifaceted 
process of establishing and developing contacts between equal partners, generated by the needs 
of joint activities. Willingness and ability to communicate in a foreign language business is an 
integrative professionally significant quality of a future specialist, providing him or her with 
the establishment of equal partnership relations in the future with a foreign partner and 
developing a constructive solution to problems. 
Adequate speech behavior in any professional format requires learners to master not 
only systemic-language knowledge, but also knowledge of the laws, customs, national 
mentality of the country of the studied language, since the mismatch of business cultures in the 
process of interaction means an imbalance in the work of the decision-making mechanism, self-
organization and may lead to the conflict resolution Ignorance of cross-cultural differences can 
significantly reduce the effectiveness of communication and instructors should bear in mind 
this when planning, organizing and conducting their lessons accordingly.
