INTRODUCTION
We think that the fundamental elements and mechanisms that characterize other forms of communication can be applied to comprehend intercultural communication. All conversation takes place between individuals with varied levels of familiarity. As stated by.The nation of the stranger is crucial to comprehending cross-cultural dialogue.Understanding the other's culture makes it easier to communicate across cultural boundaries because different cultures and subcultures may have distinct rules and customs.A stereotype is an accepted, condense and essentialist opinion about a certain population. Sex, gender identity, race and ethnicity, country, age, financial level, language, and other factors are frequently used to stereotype groups. Stereotypes are pervasively present in both the larger social structure and culture. They frequently affect and shape how people connect with one another, often becoming apparent even in the earliest years of childhood. For instance, video game creators created a pinkthemed gaming platform specifically for females because that is what the parents (who buy the game) thought their daughters desired. Darker metallic hues were favoured by the females themselves. When people or groups from various cultural backgrounds get togeter, their relationships are influenced by certain ideas they have of one another. The social constructionist perspective contends that culture is not solely based on nationality. Biases based on factors like gender, age, social class, occupation, attractiveness, etc. may also have an impact on how people behave and communicate since they can act as cultural barriers. Therefore, I shall refer to intercultural communication in the following as referring to both communication between members of other social categories as well as communication between people of different nationalities.

When all members of a group are assumed to share the same traits, generalizations turn into stereotypes. Any sort of cultural affiliation, including nationality, religion, gender, ethnicity, or age, can be associated with stereotypes. Stereotypes can also be constructive or destructive. Positive stereotypes could include, for instance, "Participants from Country Y are good students" or "Host family in Country Z are wonderful hosts to participants."
However, generalizations tend to be more positive than stereotypes. Additionally, they frequently exhibit rigidity and resistance to learning new things. Prejudice and intentional or inadvertent discrimination can and frequently do result from them.
