Implementation of the research results. Based on the theoretical, methodological and practical results of a study on the theory and methodology of educating cadets of higher military educational institutions on the basis of spiritual and moral values, the following were introduced:
proposals on the need to integrate information about historical and cultural centers, monuments, museums of the country into a single educational and tourist electronic project in improving the model of spiritual and moral education of cadets are introduced into the process of organizing educational work of the University of Public Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Certificate of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 17, 2022 No. 6670). The implementation of this proposal served as a theoretical basis in modeling educational systems and technologies that meet the requirements of the present;
proposals for improving educational technologies that develop spiritual and moral qualities by including books and video resources (domestic and foreign feature films aimed at educating moral qualities in a person about the Great Patriotic War, love for the Motherland, loyalty) aimed at developing media culture are introduced into the process of organizing educational work of the University of Public Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Certificate of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 17, 2022 No. 6670). The introduction of this proposal served to abandon the state of distinguishing between educational work in a higher military educational institution with the forms and methods of teaching the audience according to subject programs, time standards and previously established training, as well as the formation of the cadets' ability for spiritual development;
proposals for an improved assessment of the quality and effectiveness of the content of spiritual and educational activities aimed at educating cadets on the basis of spiritual and moral values through the diagnosis of individual positions were used in the development of the textbook “Pedagogical Technology and Pedagogical Excellence” (2022, certificate 302-1074) (Order of Minister of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 9, 2022 No. 302). The implementation of this proposal contributed to the formation and development of knowledge, professional training and skills of cadets, professors and teaching staff studying in their specialty, students of the advanced training faculty, as well as employees organizing educational and spiritual work;
proposals on the need to enrich the methodology of pedagogical assessment of the spiritual and moral qualities of cadets based on such criteria as “self-critical approach”, “voluntary commitment”, “self-influence” were used in the development of the textbook “Methods of educational work” (2022, certificate 302-1062) (Order of the Minister of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 9, 2022 No. 302). The introduction of this proposal served as a practical basis for the development of the simplest methods and forms of ensuring the integration of the spiritual and moral education of cadets, as well as the preservation of sacred values in them, the formation of ideological immunity.
