1. Language and emotion: Language and emotion are closely intertwined in human communication. Our language not only describes our emotions but can also influence how we feel. Language can be used to express a wide range of emotions, such as happiness, sadness, anger, and fear. Words and phrases can convey different degrees of intensity and depth of feeling. Tone of voice, facial expressions, and body language also play a crucial role in communicating emotions. Communication with emotion can help to create connections, build relationships, and convey meaning and intent. For example, using words that evoke a positive emotional response, such as “love”, “happy” or “delightful,” can influence our mood positively. Similarly, using negative words or phrases, such as “hate,” “sad,” or “disgust,” can influence our mood negatively. There is given other examples of emotions expressed by language:

C) Angry: “I'm really upset with you right now.” “I can't believe you did that!” “That really bothers me.”
D) Excited: “I can't wait to see what happens next!” “This is going to be so amazing!” “I'm bursting with anticipation!”

F) Love: “I adore spending time with you.” “You mean the world to me.” “I'm so grateful to have you in my life.”
2. Cognitive appraisal: Our emotions are also influenced by the cognitive processes we engage in when we experience them. The way we appraise a situation, interpret events, and assign meaning to them can all affect our emotional experience.
