Introduction
Nowadays most of the scientific, academic and technological information in the world is conveyed in English. So, learning English is important to enter and ultimately succeed in all fields of our modern global life. For this reason, teaching English is becoming more and more complicated, demanding. The most famous philosopher is Aristotle said that “The roots of education are bitter, but the fruit is sweet.” That means learning process is complicated one, in this process the role of choosing materials is broad and global for each learner’s and teacher’s life in education system There is vital role of the teacher`s manner and learner`s attitude to teaching technologies and methods in teaching the English language effectively to the class. Of course, while teaching English teacher may face some challenges that can be in teaching pronunciation, grammar, speaking, writing and certainly in methods, and techniques. These problems can influence on teaching and learning process.
Language, of course, is knowledge, and in our world today knowledge is one of the key factors in competitiveness. In an advanced industrial society, in an increasingly interdependent world, the knowledge of other languages becomes indispensable. For the last few years, millions of people across the world, who share common interests, are able to communicate with each other and exchange ideas. The knowledge of languages is an advantage that many first-generation holds.
Uzbekistan did not stop from improving its educational system. The importance of foreign languages, President of Uzbekistan Sh.M.Mirziyoyev dated 23.09.2020. PQ-637 “Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan”. This was done to achieve excellence of teaching and learning foreign languages in educational establishments. This would create a well-educated and modern generation with a good knowledge of foreign languages which would help them in the future. All necessary conditions were created and all language teaching facilities were provided. And on May 19, 2021 with initiative of President of Uzbekistan Sh.M.Mirziyoyev gives more attention for teaching foreign languages, especially English language. According to PD-5117 “to increase learning foreign languages among people and organize this in order to be widespread “. Uzbekistan always on the process of developing its educational system bearing in mind that there is no limit for perfection. [2]
At the present stage of teaching English, the idea that the English language as a subject of study should be considered in school as a source of knowledge of universal and national culture is consistently affirmed.
The purpose of this work – to consider and systematize the main the concept of researchers on the issue of speech acts of agreement and disagreement this in a dialogical speech, consider the development of the concepts “agreement” and “disagreement” in the history of scientific thought, identify the main classifications means of expressing consent and disagreement, describe the features of the means expressions of agreement and disagreement in English dialogue speech
