2. Ko‘nikmalar. Ertalabki badantarbiya gimnastika mashqlar majmuini bajarishni bilish, mutaxassislikni hisobga olib ishlab chiqarish gimnastika mashqlari majmuini bilish hamda o‘zini o‘zi uqalash (massaj)ning asosiy usullarini bajarishni bilish.
