Tajriba jarayonida 5 va 8 jo‘mraklar yopiq bo‘lishi kerak! 5-jo‘mrak faqat tuzumni bosimini o‘zgartirish uchun ochib-yopiladi!
Ps = Pa – Pmquyidagicha hisoblanadi (mm. simob ustuni), Pa – tajriba o‘tkazilayotgandagi atmosfera bosimi bo‘lib, barometrdan yozib olinadi (mm. simob ustuni), Pm – manometrdagi bosim (mm.simob ustuni), Ps– sistemadagi bosim, lgPs esa, Ps son qiymatining logarifmi, Tq– qaynash harorati, termometrdan yozib olinadi. Olingan natijalar lgP = f(1/T) koordinata o‘qlariga qo‘yib, tenglama asosida ∆H topiladi. Tajribada olingan natijalarini qayd qilish jadvali:
