In the Russian-Uzbek dictionary, the concept of motivation is interpreted as a set of motives, arguments, proofs, excuses, motives or reasons that cause an action or action to occur. 3 This concept is closely related to the human factor. In other words, motivation is to direct people's activities in accordance with the goal by mental means. It is related to meeting a specific need. And the need is manifested in reasons. As a living being, a person needs to eat, sleep, rest and recover his strength, and protect himself from heat and cold. These needs are expressed in the form of material, that is, clothes, food, accommodation, etc. Along with material needs, people also have socio-social needs, which include acquiring knowledge, improving cultural level, acquiring skills, and leading a healthy life and living a long life. These needs are met by providing various intangible services. Generally: Need people to action aspiring, instigator mis the motive. Need definitely will be stratified. That is, it depends on people's habits, tastes and mentality, age and sex, family status and nationality, work and living conditions. For example, the needs of a school student and a scientist, a young man and a retired old man, a farmer and a miner are not the same. Even people's physical makeup creates differences in needs. Let's say that the needs of a large and powerful person are not the same as those of a small person. It can be seen that the process of motivation begins with the lack of some (consciously or unconsciously desired) need or the insufficient or complete lack of satisfaction. Then, to achieve this satisfaction, one moves towards the goal. The degree of satisfaction of the need determines a person's desire for the future. If he is satisfied with a certain thing, then the next motive motivates him to another higher need. The need is endless and diverse. It can be grouped according to the following characters.
