To form a team, the leader should be aware that it is impossible to create an effective team in one day. Building 
a team is a group process. Roles are created in it, and members develop common rules of operation. Relationships 
between group members are formed, such as conflicts, competition, or cooperation with each other. The way in which 
the leader leads the group will have an impact on its further development or disintegration. In turn, the condition for 
creating a team is to specify a goal and to establish values, a strategy and a scope of responsibilities
[29].
Hence, you 
can distinguish factors that affect the effectiveness of the team.
