The objective is to ensure that individuals are selected and otherwise treated solely on the basis of their relevant aptitudes, skills and abilities. All workers have a legal and moral obligation not to discriminate and to report incidents of discrimination against any individual or group of individuals. We do not tolerate harassment of any sort and are totally opposed to any form of discrimination or victimisation. Any worker found to be discriminatingwill face disciplinary proceedings. This agreement is drawn up in the English language and Russian. In any discrepancy between translations the English version shall prevail. Any subsequent contract signed by the employer shall supercede the terms and conditions in this Seasonal Agricultural Worker Contract Agreement (SAWCA), and terms shall not be worse than those in this contract. The service level agreement (SLA) between Concordia and its Farm customers contains a term which permits Concordia to sign this SAWCA on behalf of the Farm customer, thus, the Farm customer is contracting with seasonal worker via this SAWCA. Concordia provides each participant with a comprehensive travel insurance policy, which includes repatriation to their country of origin. Details of the policy are provided separately to the participant.
