Everyone wants to study foreign languages since English has become a global language and the present globalization process necessitates having strong ties to other nations. Learning a foreign language is another step in the growth of our nation, as our first President said. English is taught in many nations' schools, and kids are starting to acquire it at younger and younger ages. It’s easy to see just how important English is around the world. Many international businesses conduct meetings in English, universities teach courses in English and, around the world, tourists and travellers use English as a common language. On May 6, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev presided over a conference to discuss ways to enhance the foreign language education system Each year, Uzbekistan determines a number of fields of knowledge, the advancement of which is given top importance. These areas this year include physics and foreign languages. The openness of Uzbekistan, its active participation in the global economy, and the rise of global collaboration in all spheres raise the importance of learning other languages. In 25 higher education institutes in Uzbekistan, foreign language instruction is provided. There were just 7 such institutes in 2016. The number of candidates who have obtained a language certificate at an international level has multiplied tenfold during the previous three years This course paper is devoted to the study of synchronic and diachronic approaches of the word formation. Additionally, I will touch on word formation and discuss the differences, parallels, and benefits of synchronic and diachronic approaches throughout of this course work. The topicality of the research is that our government pays great attention to the education, our president of Uzbekistan said: “We all see what a sharp struggle is taking place in all areas, and we are well aware that at present, science, knowledge and intellectual potential are in demand more than ever. Any state, using the achievements of reason, can achieve progress and prosperity.” And our first president said: “The education of the population in process of the assimilation of “world democratic values” is of primary importance” learning foreign languages gives to our country keys of great ways and projects internationally.
