INTRODUCTION (Abstract of PhD thesis)
The aim of the study is to improve labor safety by improving the method of assessing the professional suitability of shunting masters of railway stations, taking into account the indicators of physical and neuro-psychological load in the work.
Tasks of the research:
analysis of research work on the methodology for assessing the professional suitability of shunting masters of railway stations, its impact on the statistics of injuries at work, the characteristics of working conditions, sanitary and hygienic, technical and regulatory requirements;
development of physical and mathematical models for determining the consumption of mechanical energy in the working activities of shunting masters of railway stations;
justification of types of actions and evaluation method, which determine the professional aptitude of shunting masters;
conducting of experiments on study of types (qualities) of movements and neuro-psychological characteristics determining professional aptitude of shunting masters;
on the basis of the results of experimental studies on the study of movements and neuro-psychic qualities of shunting masters of stations, determining their professional suitability, to develop an improved method of assessing their suitability for professional activity and evaluate its socio-economic effectiveness.
The object of research is the indicators of movement and neuro-psychological qualities of shunting masters, determining their professional suitability.
