The subject of the research is the indicators determining the professional suitability of shunting masters of railway stations and methods of its assessment.
The scientific novelty of the research is as follows:
for the first time the relationship between the professional suitability of shunting masters of railway stations and the statistics of accidents at work has been established;
the physical and mathematical model, taking into account the definition of the consumption of mechanical energy and body positions during the shift of the shunting masters of railway stations has been developed;
assessment criteria and methods have been developed, which determine the limits of internal and external forces affecting movement and neuro-psychological qualities, determining the professional suitability of shunting masters of railway stations;
justified indicators and their numerical values, characterizing movements and neuro-psychological qualities, determining professional aptitude of shunting masters;
developed an improved methodology for evaluating the professional suitability on the basis of the limits of the numerical values of the indicators characterizing the movement and neuro-psychological qualities of shunting masters of stations, and determined the socio-economic effectiveness of this methodology.
The structure and volume of the research work.
The dissertation consists of an introduction, four chapters, conclusion, list of references and appendices. The volume of the dissertation is 134 pages.
