2.4. Handing over duty.
Before going on duty, the train compiler is obliged to:
- arrange the rolling stock on the tracks in accordance with the established specialization;
- check whether the cars are connected to each other on the tracks where the shunting work was carried out, and also whether they go beyond the limit posts (isolated joints) and whether they are secured against slipping;
- ensure the fulfillment of the task of the DSP, DSC for the formation of trains for departure by the shift entering duty;
- when passing duty, the train compiler is obliged to hand over strictly accounted equipment in the established order at the station - brake shoes on the shunting locomotive, a portable radio station, as well as brake shoes, depending on the shunting area served.

3.Organization of the workplace.

3.1. Shunting area.
Thrust paths, sorting tracks, departure park tracks, exchange park tracks, access roads, cargo yard tracks.

4. The train compiler is prohibited.
-use faulty radio communications ;
- use faulty brake platforms, steps, handrails and climb onto a transition platform (special platform) in winter only when the rolling stock is completely stopped, in summer - when it is moving at a speed not exceeding 3 км/ч;
- driving on an automatic coupler, axlebox, standing on the platform or sitting on its sides;
- sit on transition platforms, special steps and get off them while the maneuvering train is moving, at turnouts, ramps and other dangerous places under: unfavorable meteorological conditions (ice, fog, snowfall, etc.), in insufficiently lit places; at loading platforms, cargo warehouses, as well as in other oversized places;
- during the movement of rolling stock, enter the space between cars, uncouple cars within the turnout zone, shoe releases, oversized places, as well as in places of loading and unloading of bulk cargo;
-inspection of a faulty automatic coupler when rolling stock is moving;
- inspect a faulty automatic coupling device without uncoupling the cars and placing them at a distance of at least 5 m from each other, followed by securing them with brake shoes;
- placing foreign objects under the automatic coupler to eliminate the difference in height between their longitudinal axes;
-uncoupling of cars without first closing the end valves;
-work in unspecified special clothing and special clothing. shoes;
- work without a signal vest.
