INSTRUCTIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL CARD OF THE HEAD OF THE STATION TECHNOLOGICAL CENTER (STC).


Symbol – DSTC.
Subordinate to the deputy station chief for operational and technical work.
Required qualification: railway transportation process control engineer.

Work performed:

1. 
   Manages the work of the station's technology center, ensures timely and high-quality processing and execution of train documents through the STC operator.
   
2. 
   Organizes the accounting of carriages arriving at the station without documents and documents without carriages, organizes the search for transportation documents and carriages.
   
3. 
   Monitors the correctness of receipt and delivery of transportation documents and their safety.
   
4. 
   Takes measures to provide technical office workers with the necessary materials and documentation.
   
5. 
   Carries out work to improve the level of technical and economic knowledge of station center employees.
   
6. 
   Keeps records of the departure of heavy trains from the station, violation of the train formation plan, and the average weight of the train.
   
7. 
   Organizes a census of the car fleet at the station.
   
8. 
   Conducts on-the-job training for new employees, repeated, unscheduled and ongoing training on labor protection.
   
9. 
   Monitors compliance with labor and technological discipline by STC employees.
   
10. 
    Participates in the implementation of advanced labor methods and technologies.
    

Responsibility:

  Responsible for ensuring production and labor discipline in the technological center, safety of train documents, correct accounting of the car fleet at the station, violation of the train formation plan.
