12. Technology of operation of the ACS sector of the Chukursay station
12.1. Production essence of the task
12.1.1. ASU Art. Chukursay is based on personal computers (PCs) and is intended to automate information processing, as well as advance notification of the station employees involved about arriving and departing freight trains, wagons and containers;
12.1.2. The following tasks are envisaged:
1. Issuance of telegram - full-scale sheets (TGNL) for arriving trains in 2 copies, one of them remains in the station’s files, and the other is given to the duty officer at the hump;
2. Issuance of full-scale sheets for formed trains in 2 copies, one of them remains in the station’s files, and the other is packaged together with transportation documents and sent with the train;
3. Issuing a certificate of the composition of the departing train to fill out the driver’s route (driver’s certificate);
4. Issuance of 70 certificates for military personnel about wagons with valuable cargo;
5. Issuance of 71 certificates of violation of the formation plan.
The main condition for ensuring uninterrupted operation of the station is daily and shift planning of train work, based on reliable information about the approach of trains and the availability of cars at the station, station and access tracks, which contributes to :

  Accelerating the turnover of wagons;
  
• 
  Improving the station’s performance in the implementation of the technological process and introducing high-speed train processing;
  
• 
  Elimination of unproductive downtime of shunting locomotives.
